Cinnabar makes jewellery outside trend cycles.

Designed in-house and handcrafted in small batches, the designs draw from objects, archives, and rituals observed in and around Kolkata. Familiar forms are reworked into pieces that naturally become statement jewellery.

BRASS CARE

Your Cinnabar piece is crafted in solid brass (65% copper · 35% zinc). Brass is a living metal — it responds to air, skin, and time. Over time, it may deepen in colour or develop a soft patina. This is natural and part of its character, not a defect.

Will it blacken?

Solid brass may darken slightly with wear, moisture, or humidity. This is normal and easily refreshed with gentle cleaning.

Everyday Care


  • Wear after perfume or makeup has dried

  • Avoid water, sweat, and harsh chemicals

  • Remove before bathing or swimming

  • Store in a dry place, away from humidity

Cleaning


  • Wipe gently with a soft cloth and mild soap

  • Rinse quickly and dry completely

  • For occasional brightening, use lemon with a pinch of baking soda or vinegar with salt

  • Avoid abrasive cloths or chemical polishes

Cinnabar pieces are designed to be worn, not preserved. Ageing is part of the design.
SHIPPING & PAYMENT (INDIA)
  • Orders ship within 2–3 working days.
  • We offer complimentary shipping across India on all prepaid orders.
  • Cash on Delivery is available with a ₹150 convenience fee.
  • For orders above ₹2,500, a partial advance payment of ₹299 is required to confirm the order. The remaining amount can be paid in cash at delivery.
  • Prepaid orders receive priority processing.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We accept exchanges or returns only for damaged or defective jewellery.

  • Jewellery arrives broken or damaged

  • A manufacturing defect is found

  • Report issues within 48 hours of delivery

  • Package opening video is mandatory

  • Normal wear, tarnishing, or style/size preference are not eligible

  • Exchange (subject to stock availability), or
